The Learning to Drive Logbook and Journal is a brilliant resource for learners who want to get organised when they start and continue with their driving lessons. When the lessons are with a driving instructor, with a parent or other driving supervisor, learners can take control of their learning progress by following the structure of lessons and driving topics outlined in the progress logbook. Each topic is clearly identified with key information to get the learner started, with space available in the journal for learners to add their own lesson notes when under instruction. The logbook is organised so that the learner will gain further from time spent in-car with an experienced driver who is helping them learn to drive. Each topic can be completed at various levels of accomplishment with the aim of becoming fully independent, ready for their driving test, and a safer driver in the process. The logbook and journal also has extra ideas and information that will help the driving supervisor support their learner; including understanding how to structure skill development and make informed improvements, changing driving behaviour and integrating the 5 key skills into the learning to drive process.
